Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage internal IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints

• Maintain secure configurations across systems and endpoints in alignment with best practices

• Administer and support internal applications (e.g., email, collaboration platforms, identity services) and associated security controls

• Manage user access, identity, and permissions across systems and tools

• Automate routine IT tasks and processes

• Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical systems

• Monitor system health and respond to incidents or performance issues promptly

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in IT systems administration with a security focus

• Strong scripting and automation skills using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python

• Solid experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization

• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools

• Understanding of security frameworks

• Preference given to Malaysian citizens.
