Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and administer the company’s IT infrastructure (servers, networks, PCs, VPN, file storage, etc.);

• Ensure the security and stability of the company’s infrastructure;

• Provide technical support to users (accounts, access, hardware, VPN, email, software);

• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems;

• Manage users, roles, and access permissions;

• Deploy and administer security tools and solutions for company resources;

• Respond to security incidents, perform audits, and analyze logs;

• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deploy internal services and applications;

• Document configurations, procedures, and security policies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as an IT Administrator / Security Infrastructure Engineer / SecOps;

• Strong experience with Linux/Windows servers, Docker, and Nginx;

• Deep understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, firewall, SSL/TLS);

• Scripting or programming skills (Python, Bash);

• Experience configuring and maintaining access control systems (SSO, IAM, MFA);

• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging solutions;

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);

• Ability to document processes and maintain IT infrastructure structure;

• Experience automating IT/Security processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DevSecOps practices;

• Experience configuring CI/CD and infrastructure automation;

• Experience implementing SIEM / MDM / IDS systems;

• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.);

• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks;

• Additional scripting/programming experience (Python, Bash);

• English level: B1+.
