Responsibilities:
Manage the team: assign tasks, provide feedback.
Ensure stylistic consistency within the project.
Organize an efficient production pipeline in collaboration with the Art Producer.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
Experience in developing visual styles.
Portfolio with completed projects.
Understanding of all aspects of 2D content creation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate artistic vision.
High level of organization and systematic thinking.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team.
English proficiency at Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level.
