Responsibilities:
Develop and mentor the 3D team (hiring, onboarding, reviewing).
Maintain quality and style consistency in 3D assets.
Assign tasks, provide feedback.
Develop and maintain 3D production pipelines.
Ensure clear communication within the team.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Lead 3D Artist in game development.
Experience in 3D for pre-rendered content across various projects.
Proficiency in Maya/Blender.
Strong artistic sense and knowledge of visual trends.
Relevant portfolio.
